12A 800V Thyristor BT151

The BT151-800R from NXP is a through hole planar passivated SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) in a SOT78 (TO-220AB; SC-46) plastic package. This controlled rectifier is used at ignition circuits, protection circuits and static switching.
